** Bedroom two has a Master suite with King Bed and private walk-in double shower bath and private walk out balcony with seating and table. Street view/ocean view.
** Bedroom three has a King Bed, private bathroom, and dedicted work space, with back yard view.

3rd Floor:

**Bedroom four has 2 bunk beds(2 twins over full and 1 queen over queen) and a full sofa-sleeper.

Please, no smoking inside the home! Extra fee will be assessed for cleaning and odor removal if evidence of smoke.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
